Cancellation Policy Urbanrise

At URBANRISE, our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our operations. We ask that guests carefully read the following rules:

General Cancellation Rules

Non-Refundable Reservations (NRF):
Cancellations of reservations made under the “Non-Refundable” rate are not accepted.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation, no-show, or change of dates.

Flexible Reservations:
Reservations made under flexible rates allow for cancellation or changes at no cost up to a specific deadline, which is detailed in the rate conditions at the time of booking (usually 15 or 30 days prior to arrival).
If the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made after the free period will always incur a penalty and may not be accepted. No-shows will always be charged.

No-Show
In case of no-show on the check-in date without prior notice, the total amount of the reservation will be charged without refund.
